Return and Exchanges Policy
Our bras are designed to mold to your unique shape and may fit tight at first, which is why we’ve got our unique 30 day wash-and-wear guarantee. Wear your bra to yoga, while running errands, or even to sleep in. Then, toss it in the washing machine and start again.
We want you to love your Knix as much as we do, but if for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return all eligible items, within 30 days of receipt.
Please note, for hygiene reasons, all underwear and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Original shipping fees and promotional discounts are also non-refundable.
Bundles & Kits
Bras purchased in a bundle or kit are eligible for return or exchange as per our 30-day policy; underwear purchased in a bundle or kit is final sale.
Items ineligible for return (“Ineligible”):
- All underwear and accessories
- Items marked “Sale” or “Limited Edition”
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Original shipping fees and promotional discounts
- E-gift cards
- Returns received more than 30 days after receipt
- Damaged merchandise
- Items purchased from a third-party seller (Product purchased through a third party store or website must be returned through that retailer in accordance with their policies)

- When your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a Knixwear prepaid shipping label via email.
- Once we receive and process your Eligible returned item(s) you will receive (i) a refund back to your original payment method or (ii) E-gift card credit to process your exchange.
- In the case of a refund, credit for an eligible return will be refunded back to your original form of payment within approximately 7-10 days.
- We will issue a credit for the amount paid to an E-gift card. You can then use this credit to place a new order.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to directly exchange one item for another.
Original shipping fees and promotional discounts are also non-refundable..
US and Canada Orders
We’re happy to cover the return shipping cost if you are based in the USA or Canada, and the return is processed in accordance with our Returns Policy. All other shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders (outside USA and Canada)
Before returning an item from any country other than the USA or Canada, please contact us at email@example.com with your order # to receive shipping instructions.
